The haircuts themselves were great and on point! Booking the appointment and having to wait over an hour, to get in a chair, is why there are 2 stars.... Carlos tried to over charge me on both haircuts, he added $7 to each and I could not translate myself, what I had booked for online, even though there is a sign, clear as day, on their wall, of the prices!!! We definitely will not be returning and I do not recommend anyone going here, if they don’t like to be hustled like that! Show more
