Good atmosphere, friendly staff. The problem I had was that I asked for my nails to be done a certain way, and they CONTINUALLY did it another day (3... times). I don't know if it was a language barrier or what. Just that that EVERYONE understood the word NO. Show more

Highly disappointed! I have all but 2 of my natural. I do only gel, no acrylics. My long nails ended up super short AND was charged for a full set rat...her than a gel fill, which is what I walked in for. Add the $20 toe polish change (not gel). I walked out with a $90 bill to gel overlay on my natural nail. Booksy appointment quoted the service at $47 for the fill with art. 1st and last time, my natural nails were cut down to nothing. The tech insisted he placed a full set of acrylic nails on me with gel polish. One needed repair, and several were drilled down to nothing, so where is this full set? Show more
