My Apologies to you if you felt as if I didnt use enough product, however I told you before I started braiding that there had to be an oil product already on your hair because it was making my braiding gel soft, you agreed that you did use a moisturizer. I explained to you that the wash comes with my service , and you stated that you like to wash your hair yourself. That is fine, however in my description I do have listed to come with a clean product free scalp. You cannot achieve stitch braids with any type of oil, moisturizer or grease on the hair. I suggest that the next stylist you choose, you have an understanding of the difference in clean scalp, and product free clean scalp to assure a better outcome of your style. Again, my Apologies.....Have a Happy 4th of July!
