This was the second time I went to Naiomis Nails for a spa pedicure, but it won’t be the last. I find them so much more professional and conscientious... than the normal nail shops that I’ve gone to. They treat each customer like they’re the only ones in the shop and offer them lemonade or water. They are also constantly sweeping and cleaning the place is immaculate. Show more

The nail work here is excellent, and the staff are friendly. My only challenge was that my appointment ran significantly behind. I was told they were ...running about 25 minutes behind, and given the option to come back in 20 minutes or reschedule, I opted to come back in 20 minutes, but then waited another 25. A quick phone call at either time would have made a huge difference. Overall I recommend for the quality work and friendly service, but recommend planning a little extra time. Show more

Wasn’t the great or at a spa pedicure. Barely a massage and the extra money I paid for the gel paint was a joke my toes look like fat sausages cuz my ...French tip pedicure is so thin barely there and cut super short! I guess u get what u pay for. But there nail services my daughters has been going there for 2 or 3 months and they do a fabulous job. She absolutely loves her nails each time but the pedicures definitely need a little more work. Show more

We honestly can’t thank her and her team enough for how wonderful they were! As busy moms, pampering ourselves usually falls to the bottom of the list..., but we decided to treat ourselves and used a Groupon we had almost forgotten about—literally on the last day before it expired. She fit us in as her final two appointments of the day, even waited an extra 10 minutes when traffic made us late, and stayed past closing to make sure we were taken care of properly. ❤️ At no point did we feel rushed or like an inconvenience. Instead, she and her team made us feel welcome, relaxed, and valued. It’s so rare to find a nail tech who’s not only talented but also genuinely kind and accommodating. We’re already talking about making the drive every few weeks just to come back to her and her amazing team! ❤️ Show more

I was in desperate need of a pedicure and came across a Groupon for Naimos Nails so i decided to give them a try. I was so thrilled with Milagros's s...ervice that I booked my next (full price) spa pedicure before I left the salon. The last few pedicures I've had at a variety of other salons barely exfoliated my heels or cleaned up my nail cuticles. She did a very thorough job. My heels are so soft now and my cuticles neatly trimmed. The atmosphere of the salon was casual and relaxed. I was warmly greeted and offered a beverage when I arrived.
