She’s so kind a...nd friendly, and she took the time to answer all my questions and requests to make sure I get the results I wanted! She went out of her way to ensure I was happy and I’m so glad for that because I’ve been with numerous stylists and I’ve noticed they get super defensive if you have any questions or want to go in a different direction. Nicky is so open minded and really cares about your happiness as a client. She transformed my super short chin length to amazing blonde extensions while fixing color from a previous salon. She was also very mindful and considerate about keeping my hair healthy because I’ve experienced damage in the past and was focused on healthy growth. My hair looked great when I left and the next day, but as soon as I washed it, it was like I didn't even have anything done to it. It's not a true ker...atin treatment. Obviously, i'm pretty unhappy with the results, especially for spending a hundred and seventy eight dollars for my hair to look the same as it did when I went in. As far as Nicky, she was very sweet. I just wish I would've known I wasn't getting what I thought I was paying for. Show more
