I am sad to make this review but I would hope that it can be for the betterment of the business. I'll start with Free does amazing work. This is our s...econd time to her but we were referred by a friend and her work always looks amazing. So again I am sad about this experience we had. I checked the site for address and hours. I was unsure of what time I could get my son to her so didn't want to make an appt since she usually does take walk ins. Saw that her hours were 8-8 and availability was there so I decided to go for 830am and take my son to school late. We arrived at the suite at 845am and she was not there but had a phone# posted. I called and she answered and said that she will not be there til after 10 due to needing to go to the supply store first. We talked about me getting my son to school and me trying to figure out a better time since he had some obligations he needed to take care of but needing a haircut for picture day the next morning at 745am. I then text her and asked if 230 would be good. She text back and said yes and also sent me a link to the booking site. I went ahead and booked an appt for 230pm which stated the time for service was 230- 310pm. Perfect since my son needed to back to school by 345. We arrived at the suite at 215pm. We walked to the room and saw that someone else was just seated in her chair. So respectfully we walked away and sat in the "waiting area" where I text Free to let her know we were there when she was ready. I received no response. We sat and waited til 305pm which I decided to walk back to the room. As I walked up the gentleman was leaving so I asked Free if she was ready. She said yes and I went and grabbed my son from the waiting area. We came back to the room and was not greeted, apologized to, acknowledged of the late appointment..... nothing. I was thrown but kept it cute and let her cook. I spoke and she did respond but I wonder had I not would she have just went into asking about the cut. She finished my son by 340 so it took about 30mins and his cut looked decent. I paid her and left just a small tip given the circumstances but regretted that as I left thinking about how our whole day was now messed up and she didn't even acknowledge her mistake. Customer service was definitely lacking here and I hope this review will help her to be better. A simple apology would not have fixed the issue but it would have made me feel like we mattered. I've included the text feed. Again, Free does great work but I hate that I was left to feel like me being a customer didn't matter to her, unfortunately. The cut would get 4 Starz but the customer service takes away a big chunk of that. Im still willing to hear her out to hopefully resolve this because I'd love to keep her as my go to. I'll gladly give an update if warranted. Show more
