I show them a picture of what I wanted , it’s my prom nails and they absolutely ruin it for me , I didn’t say anything at the moment for respect but I... would never go back there again. Horrible work . You’re lucky I gave you a tip . Who can mess up something so simple well I guess them.

I went in and they were super nice, she got started on the prep for my acrylic nails, she filed the natural nail way too thin, when she put the dehydr...ator on it burned reallllly bad, then she began laying the acrylic, it got so hot on my nail that it was bubbling under the acrylic, not normal. then when that was all done she went to shape them. i wanted a simple square shape, all my nails are different. i wanted a little flame on the ring finger, and got something that looks odd… i personally wouldn’t go back. i do not want to ever go back, id rather get a refund.
