I didnt get a better look at my hair untill later.I got starter locs the parts were horrible. i paid $300 for small parts. Some locs were large some w...ere medium. I am very upset. I believe the people that were calling her a scam artist. I paid $40 for the deposit and I paid $300 in full after my appointment. So I paid $40 plus $300 when small starter locs were only $300. She wouldn't have said anything unless I brought it up. I dont recommend her for starter locs. I wish I could give 0 stars. $300 dollars down the drain. I work hard for my money and she just played in my hair. my hair was so caked up with product too. She should be ashamed. Show more

It’s very unfortunate that you feel this way all though you had SEVERAL OPPORTUNITIES to stop service as I was showing you updates WITH Pictures and a mirror you changed your size 3 TIMES during the service not sure if you were expecting me to start over each time you changed your mind I can’t make up your mind for you and the products used was NECESSARY due to your strained and damaged hair I advised you to wait til your hair was in better condition yet you insisted on your style and coils at that again my apologies for your amazing experience as you stated before leaving your appointment that’s your were pleased with the outcome and couldn’t wait to return . Trying to sabotage someone business because your indecisive about exactly what it is that you want

This has been my best experience with a Loctician ever! It was my first time here and I was treated like royalty. I love how K genuinely wants to conn...ect with her clientele and make them feel comfortable. It just didn’t feel like a quick retwist and go, rather a spa treatment and quality service. I use to wonder why certain Locticians charge so much. With K I understand her pricing, after this experience I can truly say it was worth every penny! Not only you get a unique 1 on 1 experience, you receive good hospitality and service! If you are on the fence, you should definitely give it a try I’ve been on the fence since late 2023/early 2024.
