Don’t go to him if your looking for an honest loyal barber, booked an appointment with him a few days ago and it was close to the appointment time and... I was waiting for an email and notification saying my appointment was confirmed before heading there and never received nothing! The appointment time was near and I decided to just hold off so I cancelled the appointment I wanted to schedule and then a day later, I received a email saying I was billed for an haircut as a late fee for an appointment that was never set, confirmed! So I called him and told him the situation and he seemed understanding saying I got you next time you come in so I booked an appointment since he charged me already for a haircut and saying he got me so I was under the understanding that haircut charge was gonna be in place of the haircut I was getting! During the haircut, he mentioned how he was going out of town on a trip this upcoming weekend so fast forward to the end of the haircut, he proceeds to tell me that he charging me again for a full haircut and that he needs all the money he can get for his trip and that the next time will be free but the way he handled the situation, I was already turned off from coming again so I said why not this time be the free cut but technically not free cause he already charged me for the non official appointment the day before! He just gave me the run around and was just smiling and saying Booksy has to deal with it so I called Booksy customer service the next day about getting a refund cause I was charged two times for one haircut and they said that he has the power to refund me and authorize everything so I called him and he didn’t answer just so I went in person to tell him I talked to Booksy and that they said he can give me the refund and I just asked for a refund cause I’m not gonna do another haircut with him again and he was real aggressive and disrespectful putting words in my mouth saying your not coming back if I don’t refund you which is funny cause he’s not that special anyways to make me wanna come back, I just came for a refund which is just my money that he took for an non official appointment and he’s a scammer taking my money and not doing the right thing by refunding me! His go to is that the appointment was confirmed but I never received any email and notification saying it was confirmed and I refreshed the app and it still said unconfirmed so him still charging me was not right and then said that he would take care of me when I get a haircut next and then I did and he forced me to pay him again and his words, I need all the money I can get for my upcoming trip! Bottom line is, this guy is not honest and is money hungry and will get you anyway he can! He could’ve done the right thing but chose not too and just keep my money so what does that tell you about his character, not very good! This could happen to anyone, just trying to get a decent haircut and the guy is not honest and does not keep his word! Will never be back to this terrible barber ever again and you guys should think long and hard too before going! Show more

I’m truly sorry that this situation has you feeling this way about my business. You've been coming to me for a long time now and we have never had any issues. Before you can book your appointment. Booksy tells you how cancellations work. I open my doors at 8am, which is the time you set your appointment for. For some reason you couldn’t make it and cancelled the appointment within the hour gap of a cancellation fee. You are right, I am going out of town. But using my trip as a way to say I need to keep your money is not right. You cancelled last minute meaning I have to get paid for my time, because I could’ve had another one of my clients scheduled for that time. Again I’m sorry for the situation that took place.
