It was an unfortunate experience. We booked a haircut for the first time, trusting other people’s reviews. When we arrived for our appointment, the ba...rber we were scheduled with wasn’t there and didn’t answer the phone. In the end, a girl—who, as I understood, is still learning—took on cutting my son’s hair. My husband showed her a photo, but she did something completely different. After about half an hour, the barber we had originally booked finally came back and tried to fix it, but the result was already completely different. My question is: if you let trainees cut hair, shouldn’t you inform clients in advance and charge accordingly? I will never go there again. Show more
