My experience with Ms. Nae was uplifting and insightful!! The service given was exceptional, the atmosphere was calm and positive, and the staff membe...rs I saw were professional and greeted me as I entered........ Ms. Nae is very kind and wise beyond her years. We were socializing like we already knew each other. She definitely made my first visit pleasant!! Aside from Nae's unique styling skills, her great attitude and positive energy is the reason why I am to book regularly. She will have you book through this app, then change things around. Literally booked for 11am she text me “Hey that’s a close call lol. I’m booked all... until 5:30pm” why would you even have your calendar open. Literally worst braider I’ve experienced. And she tried to get clout that she met lil baby . She’s a mess all together. I don’t think she uses this to book appointments. There was no response to the number provided. I would like my deposit back as there was no contact m...ade and no one was at the location. Probably shouldn’t take someone’s money and confirm an appointment if the slot isn’t open. Show more

Booksy confirms on its own once you put your card on. Please never show up to someone’s location without communicating with them. She text 30 mins before showing up.
