I waited 3 hrs and still didn't get my hair done. No explanation for the wait. Horrible customer service. I never make appointments and don't show up.... I canceled my previous appointment three days prior. My appointment was at 2:30, and I called and texted to let you know I was running 15 mins behind at 1:30, no answer. A 3 hr wait which would have been four if I didn't leave, is inexcusable. While I enjoy your services, my time is valuable. I am unsure why you even use a booking service if clients’ appointments are not honored. Show more

I’m sorry for the wait but after you made several previous appointments that you either last minute canceled or no show to your appointment because we removed our 24hrs booking deposit to help others loyal clients.When you didn’t show up to 2:00pm appointment until 2:45pm, We excepted that you weren’t showing up again. We thought you understood when that was explained about the previous booking. We was still willing to service you and explain that you were next but you wasn’t willing to wait. If you’re aren’t able to make your appointment we just ask to give us a call, text or email so we can service others. Thank you for your feedback

MAINTENANCE: Retwist Deluxe

If you're going to get your locs retwist make sure you confirm the price. Francis tried to charge me $150 for a wash, retwist and basic style(which wa...s a bun). She even said she normally charges $200. Then when i showed her and senice the price on Booksy her response was the prices are from 2 years ago and the next response was it says 60+. It's not the customers fault you haven't updated your advertised prices, meanwhile you still have it showing 60+. How you go from 60 to 200?? Even 150?? That's more than double the starting price. You also include no details as to what would make the price go up. Now all this is after i arrived 15 minutes early for my 230 appt, in which i had to wait over an hour before she even started because she was still doing someone else's hair. Then on top of that she has her new baby in the shop with her so she's stopping every 5-10 minutes to deal with his crying. Didn't leave out until 7pm. Overall not a good experience for me so i will not be coming back. Show more

I understand your frustrations regarding the start time however, with the nature of the services I provide along with other factors (clients arriving late/needing additional services v. what was actually booked) my start times may vary. Moving forward, I will be enforcing my late policy to avoid major delays like the one you experienced. Here at Hair Eye Am, we try our best to be as transparent as possible when it comes to pricing which is one of the many reasons we stress the importance of consultations (especially for our new clients). Loc maintenance starts at $60.00 however, add-on services such as: loc reconstruction/reattachment, detox and styling play a major factor when determining the final amount due.
