It was a horrible experience. This was my first time booking with her. I talked to her the night before my appointment on the phone confirming the app...ointment. She still never showed up to the appointment. Her coworker texted her to let her know I was there. She never responded. I called her twice. She sent me to voicemail twice. I also texted her and she didn’t respond. Horrible service!! No professionalism! At least let the client know that you’re not going to show up. SMH Show more
