Booked an appointment on booksy with Beto @12, got there early (11:54 AM ) and ther barber wasnā€™t even there plus I was never acknowledged for almost ...a half an hour. At 12:27 PM the guy I booked my appointment with walks into the shop with another client and starts cutting his hair. Do not come here, extremely unprofessional. I ended up going to a barbershop right down the street which was less than 5 minutes away called Miguelā€™s Barbershop and got my haircut by the owner ( Miguel ) who was not only exceptionally approachable but got me in and out with a aesthetically pleasing high skin fade for only $35 instead of $45 at Bmore Cutz. I gave $60 and will be back again. Thank you Miguel @Miguels Barbershop for the outstanding customer service. Show more
