Small bohemian knotless

So my experience with Andrea was a bad one unfortunately. The day started with her being a hour late to my appointment. She text me 20 minutes before ...our appointment and said that she needed to come a hour later at 7am and our appointment was at 6 AM. I fell back asleep for a minute, waiting for her i’m eight months pregnant. I ended up getting a little late to her after 7 AM the time she rescheduled for it and she charged me a $20 fee I didn’t understand that when she was the one who was originally late to the appointment in the first place. When it was time to get my hair done, she did not do the style that I booked for I booked small braids. She was putting medium size well all different sizes in my hair and I asked for curls on the end and she did not put curls in the end of my hair I looked at the mirror at the halfway point and I was very dissatisfied and I didn’t want her to finish I’m going take it down. She told me I still have to pay her $100 since she did so much of my hair which I paid her and later on, i noticed she was unprofessionally talking about me in a negative way on Facebook about our appointment. Her friends were in messaging me threatening me and I just don’t understand how you can treat a customer like that. I just came to get my hair done and be satisfied and I wasn’t and instead of trying to fix the problem she made it seem like I was in the wrong and I wasn’t. Worse experience ever I’m very saddened by this. I’ve posted a picture of what I booked for and I posted the text with her telling me to come a hour later and me being charged a late fee. I wish I had too a picture of my hair but I started taking it done as soon as I got in the car to leave never had intentions on leaving a review until I realized she was lying on me about the situation and blasting it all on social media very childish in my opinion.
