We truly apologize for this inconvenienceor there’s no excuse on our end. We would be very open to making things right in anyway we can full refund is first but if you are willing to come back and have another barber try to correct in in a couple weeks let us know this is not like this barber to do this. Once again we are truly sorry for this situation it’s not how we like to conduct our services but we would still like to make it right. Call the shop or message us to come up with a solution.
