My hair was shredding/falling out for lack of a better term. I honestly think the prior hair studio I visited put chemicals by accident in my hair, pe...r Xuxa it seemed as though it was keratin. Went in devastated thought I would have had to bald my head, it was falling out by just washing it. This is my second wash today, and she spends her time washing my hair to ensure the chemicals are out and taking gentle care. This is my hair after two session, and the shredding is 80% less.
