I had a very disappointing experience with my appointment. I booked for 4pm and arrived on time, but was told to wait 30 minutes. After waiting the 30... minutes, there was still no update — I ended up sitting in my car for a full hour without being contacted. When I finally reached out and asked how much longer it would be, I was told “I’m not sure, my client has long nails”. At that point it was already 5pm, and I had no choice but to ask to reschedule. Ended up canceling appointment and leaving. This was unprofessional and a waste of my time. If the tech knew they were running late, I should have been informed ahead of time so I could have made other arrangements, instead of waiting an hour for nothing. Communication and respect for clients’ time is really important, and unfortunately this experience fell short. Show more

She was informed ahead of time by text message and still decided to arrive to her appointment before her scheduled time. I do not answer calls while I’m with a client but was texting her throughout giving her updates. She has still not rescheduled her appointment when asked . I take my time on all sets as I’m still a beginner.
