I've been going to Ruben for about 2-3 years now and he's been my go-to barber ever since. As a mixed Asian guy, it can be hit or miss finding someon...e who really knows how to work with my hair type and understands the style I'm going for, but my man Ruben got it right from the start. What keeps me coming back is how consistent he is. Whether it's a regular cut, a fade or just a cleanup, he always pays attention to the details and makes sure everything looks clean and sharp. I never feel like he's rushing through the appointment, and I always leave feeling good about the cut. There were times I just showed him a pic or a video from IG/Tiktok and he could help me gaugue what style we could go for that fits my facial. That, is pretty skilled. On top of being a great barber, he's just a good dude. Easy to talk to, professional and clearly takes pride in what he does. After 2-3 years of coming here, I can honestly say he's one of the most reliable barbers I've had. If you're looking for someone who's skilled, consistent and genuinely cares about giving you a quality cut, I highly recommend Ruben. Note: will add photos later once I gel my hair up.
