Wash water was very hot or cold, some knots remained even after the wash and blow dry, Parts came out straight and the twists were cute curled at the ...bottom even though I did not want curls.

I literally scheduled the appointment at the 11th hour on Saturday night and was able to get in on Sunday afternoon. I am not from the Columbus area a...nd was going to be heading back to Georgia on Monday but needed a retwist very badly. I spent a little more than 2 hours total in the shop. I was pleased with the service provided. When I’m in Columbus again, I will definitely be back.

I have been coming to them for a few months now and the past couple of times my braids have not been as well done as they were the first time. I had a...n appointment for medium mid back knotless braids. My middle part is not straight and there are braids on the top of my head that were clearly not fixed when the ladies doing my hair knew it would not come out looking straight. Instead of fixing it they told each other it would be fine and left the unevenness as is. I’m disappointed in this service especially since the braids themselves are neat and clean. I paid 255 for these braids when they were supposed to be 190. There was a $95 deposit because I had an appointment which means the 160 I paid when they were done should have actually been 95 per the disclosure on their page (i did make it known upon arrival that I had an appointment). I am greatly disappointed with this service.

Hi Nia I will like to apologize for the service. I spoke with the ladiesh and the erro won’t repeat itself. Also when you book online it’s just normal for you to tell the ladies that you booked online so that they deduct the deposit from the amount you had to pay ( no one is out to give free money) as you can see I refunded the amount you deposited even before I saw this review. Thank you.
