I didn’t have a great experience. First, the blow dry process was very uncomfortable bc the proper products and tools to detangle my hair were not use...d at all. Second, I confirmed what length I wanted but my braids are way past my desired length, but I didnt realize until I stood up to pay at the end. Third, the braiding process was again very uncomfortable bc the grip was way too tight, even after I spoke up and asked for a lighter grip, and my hair wasn’t combed through. The braids themselves aren’t as neat as they should be bc my hair wasnt properly detangled. they were very nice, just the technique was not good in my opinion. My parts are neat, and they didn’t take long since I had 2-3 braiders at a given time; maybe six hours total for everything. I would only go back if I absolutely need to, and I would wash and blow dry my hair myself as well. Show more
