My experience wasn’t the best. The stylist was sick and was blowing her nose over my head, and sneezing throughout the appointment, which made things ...a bit uncomfortable and unsanitary. The wash is normally my favorite part, but she was on the phone the entire time I got it washed, so it didn’t feel relaxing at all. Also, some of my two-strand twists aren’t twisted tight enough. The strands are loose enough for me to put my fingers through the strands. So I had to go through and try to fix them myself. I understand everyone has off days, but I was expecting a more professional, focused and consistent service. I booked because I liked the work she does. However, my experience wasnt as great as some of the others. I honestly would have came on another day had I known she was sick. I would’ve appreciated and respected that more than anything.
