Hello I’m do apologize for ur experience with us Im not sure where all the unprofessional issues came from today I do did communicate with u and your wife every time u both messages from the beginning I change your appointment time due to timing with appointments prior to your earlier that morning I did tell you to be there at 3:30 which I text both of you at 12-1 pm . Which you arrive earlier then ur appointment. My client was still in the chair which I was putting the finishing touches on her hair and couldnt just ask her to get up when I wasn’t finished. I'm very professional and Im very professional with my work. So I ask yall to sit in the waiting area . Your wife came bk in there 10-15 min later asking how much longer and I replied at 30-45 min. Your wife walk off and then came bk sec later ask for a deposit back and I told her deposit are no refundable. Then both yall came back and said other thing behind it and slam the door and walk off. I don’t respond will to anger and conflict so I let yall walk out the door. All my client know I’m the most loyal understand and helpful stylist I'll give my all to them. And both of u never gave a chance wait and let me explain my self I do a lot of style and I work with a lot of different age client being unprofessional is something I’m not.
