initially booked an appointment, and she reached out to ask if we could adjust the time. She mentioned she would let me know when to head her way. How...ever, after the time she specified had passed, I followed up to get an updated estimate, but I didn’t receive any response. While her portfolio shows great work, the communication has been far from professional……not to mention the day before I attempted to schedule and she stopped responding, should have known at that point this wasn’t going to work.
