I had an appointment set with Raw Beauty for a consultation that I was instructed to book. I booked the session for Sunday at 1030 am. I received a te...xt around 10:15am essentially asking me to reschedule for later that day.. no recommendation of time just later. I was unavailable to do that so we agreed to the following day. Again no specific time just mid afternoon, and she stated she would reach out before the video consultation. No call, no text. NOTHING. I’m not a client that will chase to get serviced. Things happen that causes inconveniences but my time is valuable as well so to not hear back at all is very disappointing. Show more
