Terrible experience. My lashes don’t look any different than before. I’m including photos from my lash lift from Lash Glow (orange and pink shirt). Fo...r comparison, I’ve had lash lifts before from an amazing esthetician here in Boca before she decided to focus on nails only. That picture is the one of me wearing glasses. When I reached out to the owner, she/he was incredibly unhelpful and unsympathetic to the situation. The owner offered to schedule a redo for next week. I have a cruise next week and told them that won’t be possible. I was offered a PARTIAL refund or credit for my next visit. I’m a full time student and also work 40 hours a week. I explained that and the owner said she would see what she could do NEXT WEEK. I also explained now I have to find a salon to take me on a Sunday. I paid $55 to sit on a bed AND have glue and residue left on my eyes. I will not be back and this was a colossal waste of time and money.

I had high hopes, but my technician barely talked or guided me. I had no blanket i was freezing. Just an airport neck pillow. The lash technician was ...doing 2 people at ones and never stayed to ensure I was okay or told me what was going on. There was no light, so she had me hold her phone flashlight up for an extended period of time. I left with no spoolies or instruction. Very unprofessional.

Excellent experience. Alissa is so kind, friendly, and knowledgeable! Moving from another state I needed to find an eyelash tech ASAP! She fixed up my... old lashes and gave me perfect lashes! Once I got into my car and my eyes adjusted- they looked AMAZING! Looking forward to going back and relieved I’ve found “my lash person!”

im trying to make peace with the money i spent. my lash lady was very welcoming and accommodating. the whole setting was everything you’d want from a ...beauty spa. however :(( after $110 (not including tip), a 35 min appointment, this is the most expensive & yet shortest and worst lash lift & tint i’ve ever gotten :(. i know they aren’t going to anything too big or grand, but i’ve gotten them enough times to confidently say the process and outcome does not match the price. my appointment lasted about 35 mins and my lashes are blonde at my eyelids & darken with length. after ten times @ several different locations this is the most blonde i have seen in my lashes after being dyed. the curl is “cute” & harder to control, but again i believe not enough time was given to ensure that. i just took a shower, after 24hrs, and my lashes are just so “ehh”. i feel like i wasn’t given the necessary time frame, but i also really enjoyed the place n people. but after $130, & beyond minimum results i feel a little screwed over. i won’t be coming back, 8 mins for one thing and 10 mins for the other during an hour long appointment doesnt make much sense lol smh. and i am sorry for my review :( cuz everything else was fantastic, just not my results & $110 + $20 taxed im upset & bitter :/
