Hello you booked on a holiday that was not available your deposit only can only be transferred to another appointment stated in the policy, I showed my true colors because I am forced my policy, being lenient and being nice has gotten me to lose a lot of money in 2024 and in this year’s 2025 I am being stern with my policy and I apologize if you do not like it you have you have wrote before that you love my lashes and services for the last several years, I understand of you getting upset, but to try to sabotage my business that is not OK and I hope you’re the best on finding a new tech that can work with your incompetence to understand.

I couldn’t find the location. after 40 minutes of driving a random person told me it was located by an automobile supply shop. There is no signage. Th...en I get there and no one was there. I tried calling and was sent to voicemail which was full. After I finally heard from her she informed me that she doesn’t take same day clients and was not taking anyone new until after thanksgiving. She said it was all on her website. I never saw a website I booked on Booksy that identified that she was available

Hi Isabel I had apologize for the late respond it does stay in my policy that you have to book 24 hours in advance before your appointment you have booked at 1:39 for your appointment to be at 3:45 I was already off of work and headed home, Inside the building there are two posted signs that says symphony boutique with the schedule and also states on the sign to make sure you pre-book in advance with a barcode with the link I also stated on both of my social media platforms that I was officially booked out before Thanksgiving not that I will not be taking any new clients. New clients are always welcome.
