Today, my experience with upper barbershop was unfortunately awful. I had no issues previously until today. I made an appointment a week in advance fo...r a particular time. At times, they do send out emails in advance for a schedule change, which i do appreciate. But today, unfortunately, that didn't accur. I walked in according to my schedule time, but i was met with excuses about my time not being available until a few hours from my schedule time. The barber that usually cuts my hair suggested a different barbershop since he was booked. I agreed that it was no big deal, but the other barbershop didn't bother with me at all. They ignored me, and they seemed that they didn't want to work this particular day. When i saw this, without hesitation, i walked out. I won't refer anybody to this place until they fix their scheduling issues and address the other barbers' professionalism. Show more

As a girl with long hair and an undercut, it's rare to find a good barber. One of the guy did my hair, had my hair up and everything and he still clip... a small chunk of my long hair out. He was also pretty rough in grabbing my head and my ear. He wasn't careful/gentle but the fade turn out pretty nice. Show more
