Not a great experience. I have longer hair and she told me I needed to pull my hair up for her to cut it because “I’m bad at pulling hair up.” Keep in... mind she’s a female with long hair. She’s not capable of pulling hair back and she’s probably never heard of a hair gripper. If you’re going for a basic hair cuttery/great clips type cut she’s your girl. If you want to go to an artisan barber that knows their stuff, go somewhere else. Show more

Thank you for your feedback. You came in with an undercut looking to get a zero fade and as you stated, you wanted nothing off the top. I had asked if you could simply move your bun from the nape of your head to the crown so it was out of the fading space. Considering you left my chair without receiving any services, comparing my work to great clips or hair cuttery is extremely unfair. I hope you find the right barber/stylist for you.
