This a clear example that you can’t make everyone happy, as a business owner i have the responsibility to take care of everyone. It's first come first serve on the weekends because of how crowded we get. And I also keep the schedule open so my loyal clients can book. I take one appointment then one walk in, when necessary. We gave you the option. If you wanted to wait or you could sit you with a second choice and you chose to go with the other barber! That was completely up to you! you chose to go!!! And A barber who has attended you in the past. You came out with a clean cut and still get a one star 👍🏻
