This appointment wasn’t even done. You texted late asf to r/s for your own personal dental appointment time and ended up changing everything. We get t...here and still ask us to wait 20 outside bc you were with a “client “ and call me childish. you clearly aren’t professional and don’t respect people time booked. Yes other people might not have a problem but we have stuff to do on a Friday night if you couldn’t get us book you could have just said so and not accept the appointment. I book 2 apt and none of them got done. Will see if you refund the 2 appointment he’s asking I clearly wasn’t rude till you had my family waiting for you outside for more than “10min” the text are clear call it how ever you want to call it you ruin my perfect day establishment my a** where’s the professionalism and the respect you clearly don’t give your client nor respect their time after changing a booked apt on Booksy. Trust me I would not book with you again no one like a person who’s unprofessional and rude to new clients more if you have them waiting outside the “establishment “ Show more

Ma’am you honestly just sound like you’ve been having a bad day & it’s my choice as a business & as a barber to choose who I decide to cut. Your rudeness is the reason you did not get services & the reason you won’t be able to book again. I spoke to your children & they were fine on a 10 minute wait. I’m sorry I could not help you but I am a business. Disrespect & rudeness is not tolerated in my establishment!
