I went in for a simple clean and cut manicure My nails did not get cleaned whatsoever They also did not even bother trimming my nails (I had to file... and clean them myself when I got home) they left my fingers completely cut up none of their tools are clean they have rust and on top of that just sit in a plastic bin after ever use with 0 disinfecting liquid they where also talking and laughing about how they had cut some lady up the day before and she would not stop bleeding stay clear of this place at all cost!! Primero que nada siento mucho que hallas tenido una mala experiencia en el salón. La muchacha que te atendió no fue Marlys era una muchacha que entró nueva y al ser un servicio nada complicado se le puso el trabajo. Perdona pero usted podía haber dicho en el momento que le cortaran las uñas si así lo desea o como le gustaba. Nos tante nuestros utensilios siempre están desinfectados por un líquido y luego en la máquina de esterilización. Su servicio fue el primero de la mañana por lo que ya todo estaba preparado para atenderlo. Y no metido en ningún líquido eso lo hacemos después del servicio. Gracias

Leidy was punctual and professional. My daughter and I enjoyed the atmosphere and her customer service. The salon was clean and fully stocked. We both... received manicures. The only downside was that she knicked our cuticles a bit too much. Both my little one and I had sore fingers. I would go back. Next time, I'll let her know not to remove so much of the skin. I absolutely love the atmosphere, the lady who did my nails did s...uch a great job and even went as far as to make sure I was comfortable — I love how my nails came out, and for a low cost, I would definitely come again!! Went on Friday 4/7 and got a gel pedicure, the gel from two toes completely came off by Saturday. Today is April 11 and basically on every single one ...of my toes the gel has came off. Ridiculous Show more
