3x in a row I’ve booked & barber not even at the shop for his confirmed appointment. The first 2x, it was 15minutes, and then 30 mins, of waiting for... him, in his chair, with the other barbers also looking confused. Gave good cut, so I kept returning. But the 3rd visit in a row, he wasn’t there again. The other barbers called him many times. He kept telling them to tell me (waiting in shop) he’s on the way, and “only 15 mins away”. I waited for 75 minutes until he arrived. When he got there he was so nonchalant about it, I was blown away. I let him give me a B+ haircut for $35 (was also blown away he was actually charging me). I should’ve responded with a $260 invoice for my 75 minutes- instead I didn’t leave my usually $10 tip, instead $0. He snickered. I laughed in his face , he weighs about 110lbs. Will never return. IF U THINK THIS IS AN EXAGGERATION, READ ALL OF THE OTHER REVIEWS HERE FROM OTHERS. SAME SHIT. Show more

This is my second time with a 9am confirmed appointment and no one was at the shop. I waited along with another person outside until 9:25 and decided ...to go to Hector’s Barbershop instead. Last time the owner of Adrian’s barbershop called me because of my review and said that the barber had car problems so I gave them another try. Definitely will not go to this location the other location they have would probably be better. I would suggest going to Hector’s, nice clean place and see Jose, amazing barber and a friendly atmosphere. Show more

I care about your time because I know is value. I’d like to please take care of you in the Woburn location anytime for your next haircut that’s very important to me. If Woburn doesn’t work I’ll Be working 2 days in Burlington starting soon I apologize for the inconvenience and experience.

Worst hair cut that I ever had !!! I had to shave my head after came home !! And another thing is that I make an appointment with an another barber th...at I used to cut my hair and he’s wasn’t there !! But the app show him available!! They shouldn’t show him available if he’s not !! So I have no choice and I tried cut with another barber so….. that’s my experience. Awful.. now I’m gonna have to pass my holidays bald !! Show more
