My booking wasn’t logged with the salon, which was odd, but they were able to fit me in with a technician for hard gel removal and a manicure, which w...as much appreciated. Unfortunately my removal didn’t go quite as hoped, and my nails didn’t look too good. As soon as they found out this had happened the salon kindly reached out and took care of the woopsie! The nails turned out fine, but the nail tech was very rough with me, and made me feel bad for flinching when he cut the skin near my cuticles
