Hi Dina！ good evening. I feel so bad you didn't get the thing you wanted. After you left, I asked all the people who had served you. 1. We love to do every nail design we can do,but your thing was you can't even find the color you want to do. after your pedicure,about 1h we have to print the color for you,you still can't find any color you like,also you know the time.2. About the French and Ombré, you choose the powder,we do French with white tips,about the color French because we did that before,was no stays good,also the powder was too thick,no get be looks good,that why we give up the color French with powder. The ombré you show to the nail tech,they use the gel to made, not powder . If you want to do gel we can make exactly like that picture you showed to us. I feel so bad but it is not choose with powder, I really hope we can do,but the thing is they are different systems. About our salon,We are very quality conscious and don't want to waste anyone's money. We tried to explain it to you, but you didn't seem to understand, and after many explanations, you even thought we were becoming rude. So wouldn't it have been worse if I had promised you, but it came out not at all what you wanted?
