Morin is by far the best nail tech I have ever been to! I followed her from her previous nail salon and I was SO happy to find her! Her welcoming and ...warm energy makes the experience so relaxing AND she is good! She’s very meticulous but I also love and appreciate that she gets me in and out in a timely manner. As a Mom, I don’t always have a ton of time to sit and take the time to get my nails done, however she gets me in and out quickly but her work is always on point!!! My appointment was not with Robin. I I really wanted to like this nail salon; it is a whole vibe, and the music is trendy yet relaxing, not the borin...g instrumental spa music that puts you to sleep. The salon is super cute; they offer you water, bubbly, etc. You can tell they put in a lot of effort, but the staff needs to be consistent with the process. I have been there twice now; my first visit was a 10/10. The second time was with the same tech, but the treatment and experience differed. I'm not too fond of techs using a drill to remove the gel polish after soaking, not to be confused with drilling the top coat off. The 2nd time, he decided to use the drill vs allowing my nails to soak for more than few minutes before we went in with the drill. The drill was fast and sometimes burned, and I hope my nails do not break as they feel weak. I am debating whether I should return. One of my nails is already chipped, and it’s been 23.5 hrs since my gel manicure. Show more

Usually she does very nice job ,but I think like some people have special spots on their nails that she may not have understood.That's why I quickly switched you to a more experienced nail technician to make sure your nails came out looking good.
