Very professional, clean and bright salon. Friendly atmosphere. Rachael hit all of my concerns and put my mind at ease regarding her expertise and how... she approaches hair cutting. She also understood how a haircut not to my taste could be so upsetting plus taking a year to grow the length back. I spent hundreds (not to mention the loss of additional hundreds from taking the day off work) to leave disappointed, sadly. Wanted the shadow root co...mpletely gone (this was the ENTIRE reason for scheduling the appt), but that did not happen. I questioned why we weren't bleaching my roots all the way to the scalp and was told it would look cheap. I paid for a full highlight but is it considered a full highlight if the bleach only goes on a portion of your regrowth and none of the shaft? Also wanted an icy white end result (per my reference photos) but was told I'm naturally too warm to achieve that tone, I guess? So, I had to hit Sally's Beauty Supply immediately after I left the salon so I could come home and tone my hair the tone that I was seeking, as I've achieved that tone on my own at home as well as in salons. I hate leaving bad reviews but what I hate more is spending hundreds of dollars, taking time off work and driving 4 hours and not getting even close to what I originally requested.
