Nicholas this review is extremely incorrect atleast you admit in it you arrived late you actually showed up at 3 for your 2:45 appointment James is very professional and was trying to work with you to ensure you got some service done that day he was trying to inform you that he won't be able to do your beard for one since you didn't book haircut and beard only haircut and two because you arrived late and he would have been late for the rest of his appointment moral of the story if the appointment is at 2:45 show up at 2:45 have a good day!
