I have been wanting to try scalp/hair washing and I came across to this place. The place is clean with a nice and relaxing atmosphere. Staff provide g...reat customer service and very gentle with your hair and scalp. The head massage feels soooooooo good . You sit on nice massage bed and I really had a nice nap. I bought a 60 minute service and it went by so quickly. I live in the San Fernando Valley so it's about 30-40 minutes drive. BUT IT'S WORTHWHILE!!! Show more

OMG!!! Best experience ever!! Everyone was so nice and welcoming.
You will leave this place feeling very relaxed!! Love the whole process especially the head massage! The staff was very careful and gentle with your h...air, and great customer service. You get to see what your scalp looks like after it was thoroughly cleaned. I live in the San Fernando Valley and it took me about 30-40 minutes to get there BUT it was worth the drive! Had a great time! Thank you Ocean for accommodating us when our reservation times were iffy, this place is so relaxing and worth the $. They start you... off with looking at ur scalp with a machines and after taking a look they settle u in a massage chair and thoroughly massage your head, following this with a deep cleansing shampoo session with water jets to stimulate ur head. I think this is a very good place to relax. My body is relaxed here and my hair is washed very clean. It solves the problem of washing my own hair. I ...have a lot of hair. This is really good store,I like it very much, it’s hard to believe that they only open for a week,kamy’s service is very comfortable and considerate....she singed me up as a member and I can get one free service after every 10 purchases.the boy named Jason who studied in Japan is very cute. Wasn’t impressed with service. First I got a male student to wash my hair and he did not know how to massage my head and didn’t speak English. You lay... in a bed that has rollers on it to massage your back. Water was sprayed all over my face when he was washing my hair, Don’t wear makeup and blow dry was just a blow dry.
