This is my 2nd appointment with this salon. My daughters was the first and I second appt. Mines started shaky and ended better. My stylist was 15 mins... late. She is fast so I wasn’t too upset. She likes to have two people doing your hair which I don’t prefer but it seems to be their culture to get you done faster. What bother me was her stopping doing my hair and starting someone else’s due to another stylist being late. My thing is I’m already agreeing to two people doing my hair having to worry if they the same size, quality, etc. but NOW you letting the slower stylist work on my hair and now the time is longer than expected. We could have had the slower stylist work on the the other client. It was a lot going on and I come get my hair done to look good of course but also for self care and relaxing. It was ALOT going on. The price was high for bob twists too. Nonetheless my hair is what I asked for which is important. Thank you. Just work on time management and customer service ladies!
