This was my 4th retwist, appt was for 8a I was asked to come back at 12 I called and txt at 1130 no response then again at 1206 and was told 1245 made... it at 1p and someone else was in the chair. my hair got started at 140p and I did not get the style that I asked for and I dont like my hair this time😪😭 She is really good with the locs but not so much with time management or communication.
