Sorry for the inconvenience and miss communication. I understand when you are booking with a new barber we except everything to go perfect the first booking. However, it was my fault on the miss communication and days I was out of town. I tried to reschedule you but you state you would give me a call to confirm your time, unfortunately I never heard back from you so I cancel 2 hour before, but I would love to cut your hair and become your favorite barber. Hey , Sorry for the inconvenience and I never reply to negative reviews, but this one I must speak up , the number that you book with isn’t the number that I’m able to call, I’ve tried to reach out to you on multiple occasions and no response. And we’re in a secure building that has key card acess, I’ve never cut your hair before or spoke to you on the phone , Maybe this is a fake review .. But even Jesus had haters
