I had an appointment at 1. Showed up on time and noticed she still had a client. I waited for a bit thinking she wasn’t long before finishing. I waite...d until 1:40 until I decided to ask for another barber because at this point it didn’t seem like she was in any rush. The second barber I had did a great job, but the wait was ridiculous and unprofessional on the barber not the establishment. Show more

I'm very sorry for the inconvenience the client I took was a client from the shop and I do deliver the amount of respect as well as he is also a client . Customer asked for longer detail n designery on the haircut which lead to longer service. Apologies for the inconvenience. When it comes to designery I couldn't rush the service I also expected only a haircut. Also had to do shampoo. I'm exchange of the waiting situation I can offer you a discount of 20 %on your next visit.
