If icould do 0 stars, I would. It just comes down to simple professionalism(which was not the case here). I try my best as a Black Entrepreneur to sup...port other black businesses but Greg really made it impossible to do so. I booked a 12pm appointment, I’m huge on communication and respect for other people’s time. So I text Greg a few hours before my appointment to introduce myself and asked him is he had anything earlier then 12. He told me to come at 11:30. After getting lost because his location on the app sends you to a residential area instead of to the shop, I arrive at 11:34. NO ONE GREETS YOU WHEN YOU WALK IN!! You just get ignored, not one barber looked up at the door or acknowledged me for 3 minutes until I decided to leave. I didn’t know how Greg looked or if I was even at the correct shop because there is another one next door, so I went back to my car to text him to make sure I was at the correct spot. He still 2 had clients before me. So after telling me to come earlier, he proceeded to waste even more of my time by being later then the original 12pm time. After sitting in my car for 45 minutes I decided to leave. He text me back at 12:40 casually as if he was not an hour late. It was unreal. First impressions are everything and this guy clearly doesn’t care about that or gaining new clients.
