If I could give 0 stars I would. Got there for my haircut appointment and barbers in there asked who I was scheduled with when I told them with Andres... they all looked at each other in panic. That is when one of them made a side comment of he left to California. That should’ve been my first red flag. I had booked 2 kids and 1 adult. Out of the 3 barbers there was only one who wasn’t cutting someone hair and started cutting my son’s hair. When he was done with 1 of the 3 appointments I had made he told me he did not have time to do the other 2 and no one else was available to help out. The most unprofessional place to go.
