Thank you for your feedback Amir, I’m sorry timing didn’t end up working out, although inconvenient i offered you two options. I can not control when and if there will be a family emergency especially when my fiancee is pregnant, I would reschedule your appointment again if it meant taking care of family first before a lineup, and if anyone else in the service industry didn't I would question their moral ambiguity. Reviews can make a break a small business, so I appreciate that your feedback showed that I put family first as I'm almost certain anyone with a heart would, hopefully who ever now books with me understands that even in times of inconvenience I will do my best to accommodateest to them, best of luck to you Amir :)
