Absolutely recommend going to Lori! Every time she does my nails, they come out better than what i imagined. She takes her time and perfects each nail... without being there for hours. The salon is beautifully set up, they even have snacks and drinks. Stocked with every rhinestone, charm you could think of. I will forever be coming to her for my nails! Show more

If you can’t do the design then say you can’t. Do not decide to do what you want. The customer told you that’s not what they wanted and you insisted ...it is. That’s gaslighting. Be better. It’s like going to these nail salon. Show more

I feel regretful and disappointed that I couldn't satisfy you. I tried my best with the flower design I wish I would have enough time to redo the flower for you If you don't come late 25 minutes. I think I do have ability to satisfy you I believe that you can find a better nail tech and you deserve it. Thank you very much and have a good day
