I understand your disappointment and I’m sorry I didn’t satisfy you. But before you left the shop with your boys, your words and expression told a different story. If you were unsatisfied with the services, you should’ve said something when I asked you if you liked both of the cuts, by which you didn’t, and something could've been done to solve the problem. You said you liked both of the cuts and that you would come back. So honestly this review is contradicting. I hope you find a barber who satisfies you.
