Thanks Ivory for the review. I understand I can’t appease every client, but I do prefer that everything is approached with full transparency and accountability. You originally scheduled for 4:15, and it is a holiday week. You changed your appointment to 3:00 PM today, which is still a last-minute adjustment. I attempted to accommodate the change, but last-minute shifts don’t always benefit my schedule or allow much flexibility. That’s where grace is needed. I understand that’s on me as the service provider, and most clients may not have the foresight to see the full picture beyond their own perspective. It comes with the business. All that was needed was a quick conversation to check my ETA instead of assuming, sitting outside, and then leaving a review. I actually sat inside waiting for you to come back in for at least five minutes before the review was posted. So today was simply a misalignment. Hopefully you’re able to give your next service provider a little more grace. Take care. I see that you went back to edit your review, I choose to disengage atp and wish you well finding a new service provider seeing as how you have only had 3 appointments with me over the last 1.5 months and there has a issue with you arriving or keeping your scheduled time with 2 of those appointments
