I apologized for any inconvenience & offered free services for “…” even though in person you made everything seem cool. Kinda weird to chair hop, cheat on your barber (who I ironically know), get exactly what you ask for (no exhancements, make your mustache thinner, fade into your beard…) If thats a 1 star experience then you need to stick to 1 barber. Simple

My sons were so impres...sed on their first visit that they didn’t want to go anywhere else. He is very skilled and is a pro with the razor blade. He is kind and professional too.
