Robin the Loctician is a magician. On Tuesday, 11/12, some over-the-top black girl magic was in full swing at her Upper Kutz Barber Shop station. I've... not been this happy or excited about my locs since I first had them installed in 2016/2017. I walked in around 9:30AM with a head full of straggly fuzzy sister locs and walked out around 1:30 PM after an invigorating shampoo, combining locs and rolling/twisting the locs with a mane of tamed, glossy, beautiful locs.
