I love love loveeeeee my hair. Blanca on our first consultation made sure and was very thorough on what we should do to achieve my desired hair color ...since I have previous box dye. She was over the top and very clear about everything. The day of my hair appointment she completely nailed everything and made sure that my hair was still healthy. Basic Hair Color Toner/Color Refresh

Wouldn’t ever return. Hair stylist is a joke. I was brought in with light brown to dirty blonde hair on top and bleached blonde on the bottom and I wa...s going dark blue to ice blue I was told it would require a lightning process which she did not do they bleached it. And when it came time to put the colors on, they only ever put one color on and then took me to the sink after 10 minutes of it on and let it wash down into the hair that had no dye on it. I was also promised a haircut which I never got. When I called about the issues within less than 48 hours, I was told the most they could do was bring me in and wash my hair again and potentially give me the haircut I was promised. I went home looking like I had done my hair myself, not by some salon. Save your money do it yourself. Because these people are nothing but a joke. Below you’ll find three pictures one is the original. The middle is what they did the third one is what it was supposed to turn into. Not to mention, I still had so much product in my hair after that, I had clumps of wet dye still on top of my head. they also used photos of the back of my head on their Instagram without my permission.
