I originally thought it wasn't going to go well since I was there 15 minutes early and she had just stepped out and got back about 10 minutes after th...e start of my appointment. I am an "on-time" client and have always been. But after that, it was ALL GOOD. I have some heat damage and she told me what would be best for my hair as far as a style and also conditioning it to get it back healthy. Nikki did a great job on my hair! I just let her decide what was best for my face and the look I was trying to achieve. I've gotten lots of compliments on my style. I am already planning on going back in 6 weeks to have her do her magic again. Thanks, Nikki!
